Hebrew Health Care
Hebrew Health Care is a leading geriatric health care provider, offering a complete continuum of care to older residents of the Greater Hartford, Connecticut community. What Tavrow|Lund achieved:
- Planned and Executed $25MM, first ever Campaign for Endowment and Operations
- Planned and Implemented Launch Event which then became annual event—Raised over $300,000 at launch; over $600,000 second year event
- Assessed and Built new Development Department; retained and trained Director
- Trained Board for Solicitations
- Reconstituted much of Board, effecting generational transition
- Developed revenue to offset deficit
- Advised management on planning, cost-cutting and better business practices

Israel Children's Action Network
The Israel Children's Action Network (ICAN!) is a fund dedicated to helping at-risk children in Israel. It is comprised of four organizations that reach out to children in unique ways and enrich them with fulfilling, productive and healthy lives. What Tavrow|Lund achieved:
- Established an integrated foundation to promote and raise funds for 4 Israeli organizations that support under-served children in education, child abuse, and social service
- Developed website and collateral (www.icanfund.org)
- Planned and executed special events

Emelin Theatre
The Emelin Theatre in Mamaroneck, NY, has entertained communities with its performances and children’s programming for almost 40 years. The Board of Directors wished to renovate the theatre. What Tavrow|Lund achieved:
- Conducted a feasibility study and determined that a $10 million campaign was possible
- Strategically planned and executed the Emelin’s first ever capital campaign, raising nearly $4 million in one year
- Executed the entire quiet phase of capital campaign
- Planned and implemented a launch event which raised nearly $400,000
- Created and implemented an annual mailing, grew donor data base, and worked with the staff and Board to improve donor relations
- Interviewed and assisted in hiring new artistic director
- Worked closely with the chairperson on governance issues
- Planned and executed multiple cultivation events
- Planned early marketing and PR for the theatre
- Developed a culture of fundraising that had not existed before
